This low-budget DTV sequel is a cut above the last effort, thanks to Miner's fine performance as Jenna, jumper Sam's (Carmack) fragile sister. Sam is working with Detroit police, getting a paycheck by helping solve cold cases. When he time-travels back to ID his own girlfriend's killer, Sam changes his past and his efforts to fix one mistake result in him becoming the prime suspect in a series of murders.
