NBCC Launch Housing Scheme & Results 2009
National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC) is launching a massive scheme for affordable housing in major cities, including NCR. NBCC is set to become a hit because it gives three to four bedrooms within a price band of Rs 25-45 lakh.
The scheme, proposed the construction sector PSU will provide around 1,300 houses in the first phase of the NCR region Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad.
An official said the scheme will initially be open to government, state and central government employees, and later extended to the public.
The NBCC boss told Toi "We keep our promise to deliver affordable
housing in the capital and NCR region and also in other cities like
Kolkata, Kochi and Patna"
As the Realty sector is hard hit by the economic slow down, which
provides affordable housing in Delhi and NCR has been a top priority
for public and private sector property developers and enterprise
agencies.
Housing costs are made possible by the NBCC is due to its adoption of the forward cost method and a transparent mechanism to clearly identify the super area loading, so that any individual buyer is not confused with these questions while booking a house or apartment.
Arup Roy Chaudhury, CMD, NBCC, the apartments, which will be in the basic price band of Rs 25-45 lakh has all modern facilities. The specifications will be on par with those offered by private builders.
